The project
The JACX is a two-tower, 26-story office building by Tishman Speyer, and the first ground-up commercial building in Long Island City in over a decade. Inside it, Performance Lab by The Wright Fit opened on October 1, 2021, with eight types of yoga classes.
The system
Premier Energy USA provided ThermaRay Architectural Series radiant heaters for the hot yoga studio: 27 metal heaters set into the ceiling grid. ThermaRay hot yoga ceiling systems are in thousands of studios across the US and 11 other countries.
