- A 1960s radiant ceiling system, removed for the remodel

The challenge
This home, built between 1904 and 1906, had a radiant ceiling heating system from the 1960s that still worked. The owners loved it, but the remodel meant it had to come out.
The system
They replaced it with ThermaRay radiant ceiling panels, installed between the joists above the new ceiling. In a retrofit or remodel like this, the homeowners or a local electrician usually do the install, with layouts from Premier Energy USA.
In the videos, the homeowners walk through the process and the finished ceiling.
