The project
Tangram is a large mixed-use development in Flushing, Queens. Its 192 units in Tangram House South sold quickly, and its 13-story counterpart, Tangram House West, followed. The project also includes a 24,000 square foot food hall, a hotel, an office tower, retail and Flushing’s first movie theater in 30 years.
